La Crosse Estates is a mobile home community located in the city of La Crosse. In the rolling bluffs and valleys of the region, La Crosse Estates is just minutes from shopping, dining, schools, parks, and recreation. We are situated conveniently within proximity of I-90. Enjoy seasonal outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, hunting, and winter sports. We require all our prospective tenants to complete a credit and background check. The fee is $25 per application. Mobile homes up to 20 years old will be approved. We may request a picture of the home with your application. We allow two pets under 30 pounds. The pet fee is $35 per pet per month, with no restricted breeds.
